How Our Hiring Works
Discovery
We begin by having a discussion with our clients to understand their needs and goals. This allows us to develop a deep understanding of the company culture, industry, and specific talent requirements to understand their hiring needs and expectations to help Associa have a clear understanding of the role the CLIENTS are trying to fill.
Sourcing & Screening
Associa will identify potential candidates through the use of a variety of methods including social media, job boards, and our hiring consultant's network. We will conduct the pre-qualify candidates through resume review, phone screening, skill testing, and assisting reference and background checks. Our hiring consultants will work with the client to schedule and coordinate interviews with the selected candidates and provide support and guidance to both clients and the candidates throughout the interview process. After sourcing and screening, Associa will collect feedback from the clients, and assist the client with the offer letter and any negotiations that may be required once the client has made the decision to hire the preferred candidate. Associa will also help the client to provide new hires with an overview of the company including its policies and procedures and their role within the organization, assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork, arranging new hires to meet with their manager and colleagues, and monitoring the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
